Favorite jeans
Look dressy while feel comfortable Since they are high waisted recommend to measure your waist to determine size. Usually I wear a 6 but went with a 29 because my waist is 29 1/2. The jeans feel comfortable while sitting.

slim in the hips
I am a TRUE 26 (Levi’s, Mother, Abercrombie, Reformation) in just about every single brand. These were great everywhere except across my hips. Super tight to zip just past my hips and then perfect at my waist. If you are hourglass, I would go up a size and try a belt. Otherwise these are well made, great style and perfect length.

Incorrect name/description
The name of this style was titled “straight” leg, but upon receiving them they are labeled as wide leg.
The other reviews are correct in that it runs too wide in the legs, especially for anyone shorter like myself. Even if I were to have them hemmed, they just completely swallow me. Will be returning.

I wanted to love these!
they just aren't flattering :(. I don't know if it's because the jean material is just too thick/bulky, or what, but I saw a pic of myself in them and they definitely didn't do me any favors. I'm still getting used to not wearing skinny jeans, but I definitely think there is a way to wear wide leg and not look heavier than you are. These aren't it.

Not the right color for me
These jeans fit very nicely for someone like me that carries weight in the thighs. I returned them only because they are not a true black; they are more of a washed out black and I was looking for a darker shade.

Disappointed!
I kept these but after wearing them for a couple hours they didn’t hold their shape. After washing on delicate in cold and hang drying them, they continue to lose shape immediately. I’m so disappointed and would have returned them if I knew this would be the case.
