Lovely boots

Horrible Quality
These boots initially were tight in the calf. Nordstrom was kind enough to stretch the boots and I was satisfied…until the leather ripped at the lower seam, see picture. Would not recommend.

Not a nice fit
2 stars because the material is really nice. It’s a thick leather that upholds its shape where other boots sag from the weight at the ankle. However, the shaft is extremely wide, and is made worse by its slight V shape rather than extending straight up from the ankle. Also, as others have noted, the shaft is too high and rubbed the back of my knee when I sat down.
