Super Soft
I usually wear either size 29 or 30 and bought these in size 30 (5'6"/139 lbs.). They fit just right, maybe slightly snug around the waist, but they will probably stretch out a little. Definitely won't put these in the dryer. The fabric is thick but super soft and comfy. They come down to my ankles, so 28" seems to be accurate. The green ones are supposed to be 26 1/2" (online) but I tried them on and they were the same length. Love the style.
