definitely small!
I love pacsun pants and normally wear a 27, I figured I knew better than the reviews. Ordered a 27 and they were way too tight! I could still button and zip them, so I’m hoping a 28 will fit alright. Other than the size, the length is perfect! I love the straight leg style and the pants fell right at my feet. I like wearing tall shoes so having long pants works perfectly!

Don’t listen to the “too small” reviews. I wish I would’ve just stuck with my size instead of sizing up. The waist is high waisted which I think is why these reviews are inaccurate

Very slim in hip area.
Purchased these for my 14 year old granddaughter for her birthday. She had picked them out on line. They were way too slim in the upper hip area. I ordered a size 25 which she said is her normal size. She is thin and 5’4”. They were going to be returned.
