Bad experience

Item arrived missing the pair of pants. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t send me the missing pants unless I send them back the jacket and do a full refund and have to order again. Charged me a return shipping fee even though CS said they wouldn’t. Not a great experience overall.

overall good for a cheap, nice fit

Not crazy about the material. Just not that soft. But it’s a nice rich color, fits me well, and is priced accordingly. So it’ll get a lot of use.
