not true to size
I usually wear a 42 regular or long slim fit but thought I would try this. I’m 6’2” with a slim build but wide shoulders. This suit jacket was way too big in the chest and the pants were 36” waist. The sleeve length was actually perfect, but the pant legs were obnoxiously wide. I don’t get the sense they’re making suits to fit anymore.

Nice suit, great quality
I ordered suit in size 46L,only complain is about matching pants. Pants are in size 40W,my husband wear size 38W. So equivalent of size 46 is around xxl, and xxl size is around 38W. I don't know why Nautica mach that huge pants with size of 46L for suits..
