For a heeled sandal that looks like it would be uncomfortable, these were such a great and pleasant surprise. I have wide, short feet, and they were very flattering on my feet and the straps did not pinch. I usually wear size 5.5 to 6 in most shoes. I got these in 6 and they were perfect, so I would say, size slightly up if you're between sizes.
I wore them for a couple of hours and they held their own. Great shoes at a great price
