The color is closer to coral than red apple
I wanted a nice colored sweater (not my usual black or gray) and this is a nice warm knit and a very pretty color that is a dead match to my coral earrings. Usually for some of the "younger" lines at Nordstrom I size up but that isn't necessary with this sweater. I think even the size Large would be generous. It is waist length on me; I am 5'9". This will definitely be a good second layer for the cooler months.

terrible quality, itchy and pills
Truly such a disappointment, I got this and it was soft originally out of the bag, did my regular gentle tumble wash and then soaked in light softener and it was already starting to get itchy, after the first wear it started to pill, and also one of the slits for the button unraveled causing an additional holes next to it. Super disappointing.

Pilled immediately.
This sweater pilled after the first wear and has gotten substantially worse over the course of a few more wears. I tried using a sweater shaver but it’s beyond help. I’m going to throw it away instead of pack it away for next Fall.

Great Versatile Cardigan!
It does run a bit larger like others say, but overall I love it! I plan on getting more in other colors but will size down next time. The blue tempest color is more periwinkle than I expected but still cute. A great cardigan that works well for layering or tying an outfit together!

My favorite cardigan
I almost didn’t get it because of the reviews but I am so glad I did. Love the cardigan, it’s cozy and I love the shape and the material. It’s very soft and I don’t find it itchy. I am looking to get it in other colors.
