Online photo of earrings was inaccurate
In the online photo I saw when ordering the earrings, they were dark green, and I ignored small lettering below the photo saying they were ivory and gold. I thought the photo could be relied on. Wrong. When I saw them at pickup they were ivory and gold. I had the photo of the earrings that I saw when ordering, and the cashier politely agreed that the photo had been misleading and let me return them, refunding the price.
