North Node Mary Jane Loafer (Women)

I was tickled when I opened the box upon arrival. I loved the look and feel of the shoes. Slipped my foot in and let out a squeal! Oh my! These are incredibly short. My toes were crammed into the end. I have worn a size 8 since puberty. Once in a blue moon some brand will require an 8.5. I might go to the trouble of trying this again in the next size up if they have it. I fear that it will then be too wide and will gap at the sides when walking. I will say that the insole could actually be removed and maybe another thin one put in. upon site I thought that it looked like something cushiony but it really doesn't have any impact resistance. The outer part of the shoe is very firm. Love the cute buckle.. I'll try again.
