3 stars because this dress is STUNNING. However, if you're over 5'6" - it will NOT look like the photo. I'm between 5'6" and 5'7" and it barely covered my knees. I bought it for my sons wedding and it would've been perfect had it not been so short. It is NOT ankle length - unless you are petite.

Pretty but not great
This dress is not as long as picture indicates. Hit me mid-shin (I'm 5'8"). Dress is pretty and fits true-to-size (Large equals size 12). Embroidery is not as pretty as had hoped. It's more of a muted silver so doesn't stand out. It is a bit itchy under the arms. Overall a nice dress but think there are prettier dresses out there.
