this bag straps came discolored and are now shredding after a month of use. Also very hard to get things in and out of this bag. I have a small wallet and iPhone and I need two hands to get them out and in and to buckle lovely bag not functional

Straps was a hot mess. Could break in half!
Body of the backpack was very nice but the straps were poorly made. It was hard like a wooden stick and the leather was not smooth at all. Straps were already fraying. Didn't look like it would last. Felt like if I bent it, it would break.
