They feel and look cheap
I had a pair of NYDJ jeans that were so soft and flattering and was wildly disappointed in this second pair. The fabric/material was cheap and unflattering in comparison bunching up around the hips and thighs. I checked the tags to see why there was such a difference and the higher quality pair was 98% cotton. I wish they'd bring that fabric back. It seems 88% is now the norm and it just doesn't work.

Not at all slim fit!
I bought a size 2. The inseam is 27", and the leg opening is 14". It's tight on my butt. It is not tight at all below the knees. The fabric is not as soft as one reviewer stated. I love the vintage pink color but not the straight-leg style. It is not as slim fit as the model in the photo.

first pair of nydj
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I looked for a new pair of white jeans and these are perfect. Not see thru, fabric is stretchy and not heavy. I’m 5 ft 4 in and 117 lbs. size 2 fit best. Room to tuck in a shirt if I want. Ankle length on me which is also fine.
