Non iron is good. Quality is fair/good.

Tight fit of a fine shir
This is a fine shirt, but the trim fit was the only black shirt remotely close to my size when I really needed a black shirt. Because it fits so tightly, either I have to shed 10 pounds (not a bad idea anyway), or I'll seldom use it.
