Traveller Modern Fit Dress Shirt

I was excited to receive this Emanuel Berg shirt, but the presentation was disappointing. For a premium dress shirt, the packaging was subpar. The shirt arrived without the collar stays, the tags were detached instead of being attached to the shirt, and it did not have the presentation or quality control I would expect from a luxury brand. It gave the impression that the shirt had been previously handled or repackaged rather than arriving as a new, premium product. The shirt itself appears to be well made, but the overall presentation did not reflect the quality or reputation of Emanuel Berg or the customer experience I expect from Nordstrom. I hope both companies improve their packaging and quality control for future orders.
