Who knew Nordys had their own line? These are pretty good- comfortable, leg shaft is higher and more fitted than an alternative brand I was considering that is more expensive too. The leather looks a bit cheap, I thought perhaps it was faux but I live in a cold weather climate so I won’t be mad if it’s more waterproof or tougher so it won’t be as easily destroyed with snow and salt. Zero traction. Sole doesn’t feel thin but it does look thin so who knows if it will last but I like this price point bc who knows of this style trend will last long. Heel is indeed at a bit of an angle. TTS- maybe a bit long even for a pointed toe- I am a 9, often have to do 9.5 for pointed toe, purchased / keeping the 9.

The perfect black short boot- you can walk miles in them and they are comfortable and look great. Downside is they won’t last. One day, walking a short distance in NYC, destroyed these. The leather on the black ones won’t hold up and toe has started deteriorating after only a few wears. They are a good deal but won’t last more than 1 season in New England. If you’re in warmer weather and not going far in them they might be better. Fits TTS. I’d leave these and spend a little more on a pair that would last.
