Short Sleeve Tie Detail Top

I ordered this top in the red jazzy color and like it overall, but the red color rubbed off inside the bag so I am undecided whether to return it or not as I don't want trouble with dye rubbing off. HMMM. About the top, the fabric is substantial and soft and is not see thru. The cut is flattering though it does run small as I decided to go up one size and that size fits. I think this top would be too short for someone who is long waisted. Most shirts and dresses like this one that tie at the waist seem to accentuate a belly, but this one does not do that. The color is more of a raspberry than red as pictured. Since there are more positives than negatives I most likely will keep it and just wear it with darker pants or jeans.
