Buttons fall off

omg! dusty old dress
Who made this dress? I only tried it on and the middle had a rip and my waist is like xxl. Was the dress kept in an ancient warehouse or just poor design. Runs hugeeeeeee. Unfortunately can’t return! Gonna have to figure out to somehow alter it. Ugh!!!

The material is good and cut is good but it definitely runs very big. I’m normally a large or xl. I would need a medium. The bust/arm area very roomy.
