Pleated Cap Sleeve Midi Dress

I love the length and the pockets! But the pleats at the waist and bust made everything seem like it was bursting out even though the dress was way too big for me. Also I hated the sleeves. Cheap construction with a lot of cut corners - it could've been nice with a bit more tailoring in the design. But I guess you get what you pay for: I'm returning it, not paying for it.

Material is extremely heavy and weighs down the entire dress, to the point where it's uncomfortable to wear in the sleeves because there is so much weight. This also has the effect of making the dress even more unflattering in the stomach/hips area because it makes the fit boxier than originally intended. It's obvious they also fitted this on a very tall model--the dress in person looks nothing like the model in the picture. Usually I don't post negative reviews like this, but it's very clear when a brand is selling plus sized clothes that they haven't tried on plus size models, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed in the quality of this dress. I can't imagine a single body this would look flattering on. There is almost no structure whatsoever to this dress. It almost feels insulting that they sell it.
