Philly Embossed Lace-Up Sneaker (Women)

Just a heads up these shoes are MUSTARD YELLOW Or maybe a golden wheat color but NOT the lemon yellow as shown in the online photo. The color of the mesh and the suede are also pretty close and not two very different colors as shown by the online photo. When I took a photo it also made the mesh look pale colored compared to the suede but the shoe to the naked eye looks just yellow all over. They are actually much cuter in person than the online photo if you are looking for a minimalist mustard, yellow retro style sneaker. My foot is exactly 10 in in length and I bought a size 9. The shoe runs a bit narrow but the fabric has some flexibility so they do not feel too tight. The shape of my foot hangs a little bit over the sides of the gum outsole, but not enough that it makes it look weird. The shoe has an easily removable insole with a slight wedge to it that makes it much more comfortable than other low profile flat shoes (Vans, Chucks) although I would say since it is such a minimal shoe, it's probably more comparable to a Samba feel as there is really not any midsole. I put my own orthotics in so they feel fine but don't expect something super squishy and cushy on a shoe of this style. I just purchased these today so I can't say how they will wear long-term. I do plan to spray them with a protectant spray and I probably won't wear them a ton so if I get a few good wears out of them I'll be happy. With this light of a color and being suede I would definitely not recommend getting them wet or wearing them anywhere dirty. Hope this review was helpful!
