Like wearing a blanket
I am 5'6", 145lbs, 38C. I purchased a M and a L. The medium is a perfect fit through the body but the sleeves are about 4" too long. I rolled them up and they don't look too bad. The length is great for wearing with boots. The only reason I will return is because it is so heavy! It's like wearing a blanket. I live where it is hot or hotter year round and I can't imagine wearing something so heavy even in the winter months.

I love this dress and it flatters my shape well. When I tried it on in store I went from XL to L and ended up buying the medium. If you like the dress to fall super baggy then keep your true size. If you like it to be on the tighter size, go 2 sizes down.
