whimsical column skirt, great for summer

bought in color Ivory Tan Julia Palm. A fun tropical print column skirt that doesn't add volume to the hips. It floats and moves beautifully as you walk. It is a rayon/nylon blend, which works great in my moderate climate (Seattle). It is true to size and length is ~35". I bought size Medium - the waist is 30" (un-stretched) and ~40" (fully stretched) . The hip is ~44".
