Payton Mini Lug Pebbled Leather Chukka Boot (Men)

This was the absolutely worst purchase of $100.00 Dollars that I've made in a really long time. These shoes are destroying my foot. I have been wearing them since they were purchased hoping to break them in, and I am still limping in pain. Will not/never purchase that/this brand ever again.

I purchased the Payton Mini Lug Pebbled Leather Chukka Boot, because an old pair of Nike hiking boots I was wearing was literally falling apart on me and it was raining outside, so I needed a cheap pair of shoes to wear. Luckily, the Payton Mini Lug Pebbled Leather Chukka Boots were on sale in the Clearance Racks and fit me! Size was 7.5 US and the color is black They fit me, are comfortable and look pretty good. The leather uppers look and feel good. The soles of the boots have an aggressive thread pattern similar to a hiking boot, but they weren't very thick soles. The boot were made in China and the quality is what I would expect from a Chinese made shoe. The cost was about $100.00, plus tax. I probably wouldn't have bought them at regular price, but at 50% off and needed in an emergency they were an okay purchase.
