Best new top for the summer season

Well-made but Huge
I had hope to find a stylish and comfortable short sleeve shirt. It is beautifully made (in Vietnam) but HUGE 27" across for 54" total bust measurement. Also the poplin is noisy; maybe it will soften with many washings, but that defeats having a new top.
