Everyday Skinny Fit Stretch Cotton Ankle Pants

I've owned these pants in 3 colors (black, navy and tan) for just under a year and while decent they have a few flaws: the elasticized waistband while good for comfort constantly rolls in on itself at the front, the same size in different colors fit differently especially at the ankle (some being baggier than the others), like another reviewer the black pair ripped along part of the seam on the inside of the left leg and most annoyingly after time the colors fade terribly! My black and navy are basically unwearable because of the fading especially along seamed areas giving almost a weird heathered coloring. The tan also shows signs of fading but is less noticeable because of the lighter color. If you plan to wear them once in a while I guess this may not be an issue but if you plan on wearing these every week to work and you know actually wash your clothes then rethink these.
