Nice, big, thick, luxurious
A lot of towels feel kind of thin. Not these. I was surprised how thick these are. Soft and luxurious. The bath sheets are hotel size . Love them- will get some more

Not absorbent
These are soft and a nice size, however they are not absorbent at all and it’s like drying off with a damp sponge. After unwrapping my hair after several minutes, it’s still dripping. I’ve washed them with detergent, without, dryer, and line dry to see if that helps, but nothing worked. If you don’t mind being damp for a few minutes after using them you’ll be okay.

Beautiful and soft
These towels are super soft and beautiful. I just wish you could purchase a set without the hand towels but including the face cloths. Nicer and thick too.

Color loss after washing as instructed
I have been purchasing these Nordstrom towels for close to 10 years. The last few years, my towels ended up with splotches of color loss - looks almost like bleach was accidentally splashed on them. Towels now look like trash and, while still soft and usable, are unsightly. After seeing that others have been having these same issues I plan to take them back to Nordstrom for a refund or replacement (if the issue has been fixed since I do like the feel of the towels - they just look like trash)

Love but dislike the color change!
Towels are perfect except the color changes within three months of use. The gray vapour looks a yellow white and the graphite turns pink! I usei cold water and do not use fabric softener or bleach. Dry on permanent press! Since the towels check all the boxes I may consider purchasing white and hope for the best!
