Bouclé Longline Coat

I purchased this during the Black Friday sales, and it’s beautiful. I read the reviews, and sized up from my usual small to a medium, and I definitely should not have. I’m usually a size 4, and ordered a medium. It’s quite oversized in a medium on me. I can’t exchange, but that’s okay. I’m still overjoyed that I snagged this on deep discount. I’ll just be sure to layer for a better fit. I’d say stick to your usual size.

For some reason this showed on men’s coat online. I tried to get an even exchanged if cannot be returned because it shows online as men’s coat that’s why I purchased. When I got the item it’s for actually for women & it runs small. The lady from customer service that I spoke with said that she can request a return label but does not guarantee that I will be refunded or the item will be returned back since it’s a final sale. In short if I return the coat by mail I won’t be refunded & I’m giving away the coat as well for free, isn’t that ridiculous? If returned in the store still no guarantee since this is a final sale - what am I going to do with this women coat since it is meant for my son nor fits to keep . This is not even cheap .. this is disappointing, Nordstrom can’t do an even exchange in consideration after I spent alot shopping at Nordstrom for 2025 - it’s time to remove nordstrom on my shopping list.
