Three-Quarter Length Sleeve Waist Tie Jumpsuit

As others have mentioned, there is something that is just not right about the way the neckline on this garment lays. The pants part is great, the fabric is fine, but the bodice just doesn't work, as found. The neckline is floppy/sloppy, too wide, and not flattering. I was just about to return the whole thing, when it dawned on me to try something: I took the two top sides of the neckline vent (which is in the front of the garment) and tied them in a single loop, so that the little pearl button ended up on top and behind the garment, and the elastic loop beneath it and in front. Then, I just slid the loop over the button, et voila!, a very flattering and wearable neckline! (see photo) My husband even likes it! And so do it. With this little fix, and a classy belt, it's a very nice piece.

So I wanted a long sleeved jumpsuit for cooler weather. I really hadn't read material composition. Well the material is great for a mild fall day. It has a nice amount of stretch and fits extremely well. I like the tapered look since I have other wide leg jumpsuits. I ordered a small. Im 5ft1 and weigh 125 lbs. I hemmed it about an inch

The jumpsuit looked like it was backwards once I had it on. It’s also built for a stick figure. To give you an idea, I’m 140lb 5’7” 32DDD, 28 waist 37 hip. A solid medium. I have curves and wear jumpsuits a lot. The draw string was really low on the waist. It was so awkward and unflattering. I love jumpsuits but this one was just all kinds of wrong.

This jumpsuit is a sexy alternative to a dress. The jersey material is clingy in all the right places. It is easy to get in and out of (which you will need to do when using the restroom). Shape wear may be required. Changing jewelry will make this jumpsuit go from casual to more dressy. The dark blue is a welcomed change from black. With a blazer, it can be suitable for work.
