Ruffle Bolero

When I decided to purchase this item, I saw the Deep Wine color, and it looked so rich and elegant on the model, almost as it were velvet or velour. When the package arrived, not only was the plastic envelope it arrived in a disappointment, but when I opened the envelope, the bolero was in a barely there plastic bag. When opening the plastic, the moment I saw the material, that too was barely there, they had a piece of ripped cardboard shoved into it to hold the plastic and bolero in a somewhat upright position, or it would have simply fallen into a wad at the bottom of the bag. It was very cheap looking fabric and limp to the touch. I never tried it on, so I cannot attest if it is true to size or not, but I had to select something in order to submit this review. Typically I take an XS-SM, depending on what type of garment it is. The person who took the photo of the model wearing the Deep Wine Bolero, really made it look so much better than it is. (see below) Good Photographer, Poor Fabric & Packaging! It is on its way back to NR.
