Mostly polyester skirt with silk
The lining is entirely polyester. Most of the skirt, which is mostly the “lining” is a thick polyester. The outer layer is a thin, see through silk. The rest of the skirt is polyester. You’re paying for a polyester skirt with thin silk fabric on the outside. They coulda used cotton for their lining. The quality is poor. They wanted to save on quality and chose polyester. It’s not gonna be breathable at all.
