Shoes were clearly WORN

Ordered Nike V5 RNR ….the box the shoes came in was MANGLED WITH THE TOP MISSING. And I know it was shipped out like that because the actual bag the package was shipped in was not damaged at all. The shoes themselves were clearly USED/WORN/DIRT/SCRAPES. The shoes were stretched OUT like someone with a larger foot wore them then returned them, stretched out is an understatement. The laces were dirty in spots were someone clearly “pulled” on them during the stretching out of the shoe. I immediately contacted them … they absolutely DID NOT care. Their response was “return them”. That made me realize, they KNEW what condition the shoes were in when they shipped them and that they, as a company, could not care less about what they ship to you.

Love!

I love the color and comfort of this shoe. A little input regarding the other reviews stating the shoe is hard. They were hard when I wore them the first time but afterwards it softened up and they became comfortable. Very good quality shoe.

Cute design but makes a squeaky sound when I walk. Also agree with the other review it has a hard structure, not very comfortable.

A lil tight

I really like the color of this shoe but they are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. I can only wear for about 4 hours and they have to come off like 5 inch heels i danced in for 20 min. Not comfortable for a nike sneaker.

Disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival

I ordered these shoes online and they even arrived in their original box, but the outsoles were incredibly dirty and gray. While the treads and structure show no actual physical wear, it is clear these were either floor display models or immediate customer returns. I expected much better quality control from Nordstrom Rack before shipping an online order. The presentation was terrible.

Dirty and pre-owned

Item arrived in a dust bag with no box and can clearly see that it has been worn.
