Quality is BAD
I purchased these big kid dunks looking for another pair of sneakers to add to my collection. I am handicapped, so sneakers work best for me. These sneakers didn’t even last six weeks! The stitching around the toes and the side of the foot, started to unravel…and I had only wore them approx 5 times! I started a return with Nordstrom Rack, with one question asking about the quality of the item. (the quality of the shoes is def an issue!) I went to finish the return process at my local Rack, but was then told I couldn’t return them because they were worn. How would I know that the quality was bad without wearing the shoes? And when did Nordstrom change their return policy? The Rack employee finally agreed to return the shoes, but it was like pulling teeth. How do you know how or if a shoe fits, if you can’t wear them? I will not be making any online purchases again at the Rack.
