Received the wrong shoe
I find it ridiculous that I received a completely different shoe as if I wouldn't know what I actually ordered. Nordstrom rack needs to do better.

I love the shoe- although they so run slightly large. They came without a box. Just want others to be aware of this before purchasing. I will have to return because the size is too big- but was surprised and disappointed that there was not a box for the shoes.

Used, dirty, worn
I have been looking at these shoes for a while, reading all the reviews and truly thought it was a fluke that some people received used shoes. But no. The shoes I received were so dirty and worn it was unbelievable. Other than that, the shoes ran narrow but true to my normal size and were cute. The toe box is rounded and may be a little weird for some but I was okay with it. Just can’t believe that the shoes arrived in a plastic bag, no box, and extremely dirty with worn soles.
