Wonderstretch Straight Leg Pants

I’m very disappointed because I didn’t pick them up in two weeks (I didn’t know I only had two weeks) I went in 2 weeks and 3 days later and the items were already sent back. No one called and I didn’t receive any reminder emails or text to pick up the items by a certain date. I’m a busy single working mom with limited time and a long time customer and I am extremely disappointed with this service. This is NOT the Nordstrom I grew up on a worked for who prides themselves on customer service.
