Like the other reviewer said it is missing the black band at the bottom so it is cropped and runs super small as well. Nordstrom where is the quality control?

Seems to be a trend for this Anniversary Sale. The sweater was okay, but mine was shorter and missing the black band at the bottom. This is the second item I received that was different from the photo.
