A Keeper
This dress is a keeper and for so many reasons! The material itself is quite light, which is great in the hot summer days. It is not skin tight, and the looser fitting just makes it more comfy and cooling. The puff sleeves are just gorgeous and noticeable but not too big. The neckline, at least on me, is slightly a ballerina neckline, and that looks very feminine. I bought the navy, and it is a nice blue that you would not mistake for black. Great dress for summertime!
