Huge Block Pleats Ruin It
I was so excited to find this dress at the Rack so I quickly ordered two sizes since I wanted to make sure I got one that fit well. Unfortunately, that was a short lived dream because the huge block pleats on the skirt made it stick out terribly and made you look 20 pounds heavier. I could not return this poorly designed dress fast enough. Bummer!
