I have 4E feetand struggle with shoes and fit!
I have very wide feet due to extra bones in my toe box and a normal heel size(not puffy or swollen feet). The 4e fit well and there is little drop. I can stand in these for 6 hours without any discomfort.
I do struggle to find shoes that fit and more so recently. For peoples sake that might be like me. i have recently tried brooks/ altra/ topco/ only the brooks 4e fit, but my back aches in them after standing for more than 3 hours. These have been the best style, fit, and comfortable shoes i have had in the last 3 years.

Looks are great, super comfortable...almost want to run 5 miles in them. They run a little short, so go up 1/2 size. If you have a slightly wide foot they are accommodating in fit.
