Uncomfortable
I bought these shoes hoping they would help with my high arches and inward pronation, but they are incredibly uncomfortable to walk in.

Podiatrist Recommended
I have flat feet and loads of foot pain. I went to a podiatrist and she recommended a list of approved shoes and after doing my own research, decided on New Balance. I have wide feet, and this is the first pair that actually fit me width wise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is there wasn't much in the way of arch support, at least for me. I was grateful for the removable insoles as I replaced them with a sturdy good arch support, and now I don't have foot pain as frequently! I would recommend these shoes for sure.

Comfortable well balanced shoe
I like that the 860s are not a roller, are not flat, but have a slight drop with a flat mid section. The inner arch support is supportive. Size options are great. Using for back surgery rehab with nerve damage in left leg/ foot neuropathy.
