Very unstable
The back was curled up and felt like I could fall backwards.. This was so different that previous 1080's I sent it back and they have it but so far no refund to my card.

Great shoe but I got a defective pair.
This is a great show I bought 6 pairs from new balance and joes outlet. The only reason I am rating a little low is one the shoes is defective. It’s much smaller than others one I got. It’s hard to return a shoe you wore out especially when the shoe is a off white color. I wore it once but it is too tight to wear and I feel a little hard done. The ones that are the right size are amazing though. Plush and amazing for walking.

Not a replacement for the 840’s
I loved my Fresh foam 840’s they were perfect and comfortable from the moment I put them on. Of course you discontinued them. So I bought the 1080’s. They were uncomfortable from the moment I put them on and even after use they are still comfortable. I would’nt buy another pair. Bring back the 840’s!
