I have a small foot and find it difficult to buy sneakers, so the Arishi V4 are my go-to. Love this color way and fit. Just with the soles held up a l little bit longer!

NB is a cut above the rest!
My recent purchase of the New Balance sneakers did not disappoint. NB has been around for as long as I can remember, but it was a missed opportunity for me to experience their value years later. Its never too late!

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
We planned a trip to Italy and thought that it would be a great idea to try the new sneakers. What a huge mistake. It feels as if there’s no cushioning support whatsoever. Our feet are destroyed since we’re averaging between 16,000-17,000 steps a day. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND them at ALL (NB 860)The same experience with the ones my wife picked (fresh foam Arishi)TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with the entire purchase !!!!

New Balance US response
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that both pairs fell short of your expectations during such an important trip, especially with the lack of cushioning and comfort needed for long days of walking. We understand how frustrating that experience must have been, and we'd be happy to help review your concerns and discuss available options to improve your experience.

Too Narrow
I bought the these in a wide and they are still too narrow. Which totally sucks because they're cute and seem like they would feel great for walking/running. I'm returning them because top inside of the shoe comes in too much making my big toes uncomfortable. :(

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the wide width still felt too narrow and caused discomfort around your big toes. We understand how disappointing that can be when you loved the look of the shoe, and our Customer Care team would be happy to assist with any questions or concerns.

My honest review
Great value for money! As a nurse, I appreciate how super lightweight and comfortable these are. They’re perfect for prolonged standing and walking, especially during long shifts. The size and fit are also perfect for me. Honestly, I’m already planning to buy another pair because I’ve been wearing them almost every day!
