Not so comfortable
Definitely not the best NB shoes, use them for work 8+ hours standing and they are not very soft, a little hard on the sides

Still doesn't fit right
I read all the reviews about going up a size. I'm usually an 8, so I went up 8.5. Unfortunately my toes hit all the way to the front of the shoes, and rubbing. I liked balance for a long time, but quality control has been not good lately. I'm going to have to try another brand.

They do run small
TLDR: try these on in store if you can because the sizing is weird.
I have to agree with the other reviewers that these run a little short. I wear a size 9 in most shoes (most recently, Brooks Adrenaline and Ghost, and Vans). I tried these in a 9 wide, and j think they were a little too wide but were still tight around my toes. My big toe was feeling squished from the top of the shoe. I think going up 1/2 a size and not getting wide would have been better for me. I also think I gotten used to a little more padding so I didn't find these comfortable enough for fast walking and running, but regular daily wear/slower casual walking is probably really comfortable.
