The shoe is a bit lose when attempting to workout. It feels comfortable when walking/running but lacks support when doing dynamic exercises.

Looks and feels great!
I love these shoes for both working out, running or just going out. *Some advice, NB's seem to be running small on their sizes, so I would go a half size up when ordering your running shoes! I normally wear a 10 but purchased a 10.5 and they feel great!
