Runs small
They’re super cute and I like them! But disappointed I ordered my normal size and they were too small. My toes were touching the top. I measured my foot according to the size guide and they match my normal size 7, and the shoes are 7, but they are definitely too small, so that’s bizarre… wish there was an exchange option online since I have to return and re-purchase. The closest store to me in 3hrs away, so it’s not feasible to exchange in store. Looking forward to getting a size I can wear! I re-purchased in a size 8. Hoping comfort will be good on my feet and I like that the insoles are removable in case I need to put different ones in.

Bulky and low support
There are great options for the colorways but after receiving the shoes, I noticed that the bottoms are quite bulky and my soles ached when I stood in place wearing them. There is not much cushion or arch support in these shoes and I cannot imagine wearing them comfortably for walking. The sizing is also strange. The 5.5 is painfully tight on the top of the foot, and the size 6 were too long and slips off the heels.

Everything I wanted in a sneaker
A week after buying these, I trekked 40+ miles around Ireland without issue. These sneakers are so comfortable and so cute (I've received several compliments). It's my first pair of new Balance and I'll probably never go back to other brands.
