Rock hard sole, low quality
In general, I like New Balances, but these were awful. I bought them as gym shoes, and couldn’t wear them after about 2 weeks. The sole is just rock hard. They’re not comfortable to wear at all, especially with running impact (or even walking.) And they are low quality. On the tongue, along the top is visible foam from the inside. Just an unfinished edge right at the front of the shoe. I didn’t even return them, I just donated them. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to waste your money.

Comfortable and stylish
I got these because I already had a pair of the black and gray 237s. They were some of my favorite shoes. I liked the color of these because they are a little unusual. But just like my other 237s I get alotta compliments.

New Balance 237 - solid firmness
These are VERY comfortable shoes, although they lack the softness of other shoes. I like the more solid feeling when wearing them. With my foot neuropathy I need more of the firm feeling when standing. And these shoes give me that solid feeling.
