Diffuser liquid was Glade Plug in!
I have been purchasing NEST reed diffusers for years so I am familiar with the quality and scents. I purchased this NEST product due to a lower cost. I had never smelled this Velvet Pear scent before but knew I wouldn't be disappointed based on my past experiences with their diffusers and candles. The box it came in and the packaging paper wreaked of bad mens cologne which was very odd. The seal was broken on the cork stopper of the diffuser. The liquid contents was NOT a NEST product, it was replaced with something that smelled identical to Glade Plug Ins! The stench gave me a bad headache, which never happened in the past. I had to throw it all out. Within a day, no headache. What's going on Nordstroms Rack? Who is delivering and replacing contents of items such as these? Sadly I couldn't return the item because I opened the product months after purchase. We live in a time where we spend hard earned money, don't get the service or products we pay for and can't get our money back. And WE are the problem if we complain!
