Small and narrow
I am a size 10.5 or 11. I ordered an 11/41 because Italian shoes tend to run small. They are beautiful shoes, but I could not get my foot in them. The size 11 was more like a size 9.

Very cute shoe, runs slightly narrow
I really liked these shoes but they were a little narrow through the middle of my foot. I have a wide-ish foot but still wear medium width in shoes, so if you run normal or slightly narrow, you’ll likely be fine. They are realllly cute.
