Cheap Soles
I have worn these shoes periodically over a two- month period and they are already falling apart. The flimsy rubber sole is misleading. It looks like it is all rubber, but is merely a cheap film over a foam sole. The film wears off quickly and exposes the foam sole which already has holes in them. Do not purchase!

Wide and extra Wide run too narrow.
They are a beautiful shoe and very nice quality, but when I ordered wide (W) and extra wide (WW) they were not wide, and there was no difference between the two. I bought two pairs of the same shoe, one size 7.5 W and another pair 7.5 WW. They feel exactly same. The WW is no wider than the W. I plan on walking a lot in Europe and was hoping these would work. They run narrow. I am returning both.

Squeaky!
Very stylish and physically comfortable but I’m highly disappointed by these shoes due to the squeaking. The inside of the grey suede shoe where the lace holes are is lined with a dry shiny leather (perhaps leather substitute) that rubs against the tongue and makes noise. I’ve tried both leather conditioner and sanding it and nothing works. They’ll photograph well but will be so awkward any time I’m on stairs or on a hill! I wish the inside was suede lined rather than squeaky leather. Fit was true to size and the wide width was appreciated.
