Genevieve Slide Sandal (Women)

I have been looking for the “perfect” black slip on slides that can be dressy but also casual. Was at my local Nordstrom and the shoe department there had the Medium width which I tried on, it felt tight and the top of the strap was rubbing against my toe uncomfortably. So they suggested I order same size in Wide. I did, was so excited when they arrived yesterday only to try them on and they felt like they were Medium width, I kept checking the box and it said “Wide width”. This one also rubbed uncomfortably on my toes. Returning this pair and giving up on my search altogether for this year!

It’s a peep toe and that’s not something I usually find with slides. Pink Cameo is beautiful and matches everything. Comes off more as a nude. I like the cushioning. They are comfortable, but they do rub on the sides a little bit. I think with time I could break them in. I would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sandals are okay. They do fit true to size length and width wise. However, the hole on top where your toes poke out is very tight. It hurts after wearing for a little bit and rubs. So it needs to be broken in but you might get a blister or two. I do like the color, a nice nude pink. The style is simple but modern. I just wish they were a bit more comfy.
