Can't Even Send the Customer the Item Ordered
I ordered this watch, BUT Nordstrom failed to have the ability to send me what I ordered. Instead, they sent me a man's two-tone watch with a bracelet that was both gold and silver. And now, the watch I ordered is no longer available for shipping. I would have to spend the time. energy, and gas money to drive to a store to pick it up - which I would not do when I did not make the mistake. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. I can't even be confident that the watch I ordered is a ladies watch since the description does not say "ladies." However, it came up in the search results for "Ladies Movado Watches."
